You can’t get much easier than this simple card.  I used the Circles #2 and Little Leaves die.  And a bit of scallop punched border with the Thank you Kindly Set.

The free SAB set Congrats is great for all the weddings and new babies in your future.  This card was inspired by another blog – I believe it was Dawns.  I used the Birds and Blooms die, the Heart to Heart punch, Tea Party DSP, Eyelet Border punch and the new Organza Ribbon.
