Thanks a Bunch – More Carrot Cards

I wasn’t going to, but I couldn’t resist making more cards with this unique stamp set. Thanks a Bunch is FREE during Sale-a-bration (ends Feb. 28, 2023) and then it is gone for good. My previous cards are on THIS POST.

I send cards to my team members periodically. Last month was a good time to celebrate the end of a great year for us and to kick off SALE-A-Bration. I love the “look at you” sentiment in the Thanks a Bunch stamp set and of course the cool carrots in 3 sizes!

By the way, SALE-a-bration includes a great deal for joining my team – check it out HERE.

I used the new Three Twine Combo Pack and the Happy Labels Pick a Punch for the sentiment. That sure made it quick to add a fun touch to the edges of my 1/2 inch strips. It takes up to 1 inch with 2 different designs – ticket and scallop.

These cards feature the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper, another FREEBIE during SALE-a-bration. It has fun designs and springy colors and is a great value at 48 sheets of 12×12.

You might like the layout I used since it was so easy to make multiples. Cut a 4″ strip off your 12×12 paper. Then cut at 5-1/4′ to make the background. Then cut off a 3-3/4″ piece and flip to add the contrasting layer. You have a 4×4″ piece left that you can use for another card like the one below.

I had to make a purple carrot for the card on the left to match the sentiment and added a touch of Wink of Stella. And on the right I added some carrots to the “Jar of Flowers” jar.

Or how about a basket of carrots using the Basket of Happiness bundle and the sideways carrot texture stamp for grass?

Look at this fun idea I got from our demonstrator Facebook group. Put 2 carrots together and you get a heart! This works for the larger carrot too.

I hope you give one of these ideas a try. Are you one of my weekly newsletter subscribers? See more projects and get your free Fun Folds tutorial for signing up. And look into joining my team HERE.

Happy crafting,
Kim Wilson
