Let the Sale-A-Bration Begin!

It’s our favorite Stampin’ Up! promotion of the year, and it’s only happening in January and February for 2023 at my website shop. I’ll be sharing my favorite freebies all month, along with crafting tips to make the most of your new products.

There’s also a brand new mini catalog full of fun projects for Valentine’s Day and spring.

This year, Stampin’ Up! has spiced up the JOIN promotion with several options. First, you get $76 in free product of your choice in your $99 kit ($50 more than usual). Or, you can choose to add on this special edition Boho Blue Mini Cut n Emboss Machine (or the regular white one) for just $30 more (list price is $63). You can check out all the options at my website.

For my first projects of the new year, I’d like to focus on two of the Sale-A-Bration Freebies – the Beautifully Happy stamp set and the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper.

I used several different color combos pulled from the Designer Paper for this 2 step stamp set.

Above, I used Early Espresso ink for the outline and filled in with Fresh Freesia and Old Olive.

I tried Sahara Sand for the outline to give a no-line look, filling in with Fresh Freesia and Old Olive.

And finally, I tried Crumb Cake for a lighter outline with Crushed Curry and Old Olive.

For all 3 cards, I added a wash of Wink of Stella to the flowers for some shimmer. I pulled apart the new Three Twine Combo pack into the individual threads to make softer knots and bows. The new Happy Labels Pick a Punch offered so many options for the sentiments, you might want to grab one too!

I hope that gives you some ideas to start the new year. Happy crafting,

Kim Wilson
