One of the cards for my December class is the Double Pocket Fun Fold.

This card is so easy to make with just a little folding:

You start with an 11x 8-1/2″ piece of Designer Paper and score in half both ways.  Then cut in on one fold to the center.  Fold opposite corners to make the pockets – one at 3″ in and the other just about all the way to the fold (4-1/8″).  Then just fold the 3″ pocket over, then up to the other fold and then to the card inside – 1-2-3.  I made some tags for the pockets or add a packet of hot chocolate or candy.
