There is a fun story to this Designer Series Paper.  The artist wanted to create Monet like designs.  And she succeeded beautifully.  In fact, for this project I just added 3 pieces of the Perennial Essence Paper to this folding frame home decor piece.  Yes, that’s it!!

You can also add some Shimmery Embossing Paste to a few of the flowers for a more dimensional hand painted look.
