CRAFTDOC

The Clearance Rack was updated this week at my store.  Something for all seasons, but especially Fall and Winter if you like to work ahead.  Here is just one screenshot of a few of the items.

Fishing is big in my area and I believe the season started recently.  The Best Catch stamp set and matching framelit dies were not on my radar until my friend Brenda made some gorgeous masculine cards.  So I had to CASE, and then make a card of my own from the leftover pieces (top right).

Today’s Tips:

-Color the fish with blends:  We used Old Olive, Soft Seafoam and Calypso Coral.  We colored the cattails with Soft Suede.

-I inked up the Seaside folder (RETIRING) with Balmy Blue ink before running it through the machine to get the darker waves.

– The Wood Textures Designer paper is retiring too.  It makes a great background for many projects (top left).

A few of the retiring products have sold out, so I would check out the list at my store.  The Best Catch bundle is carrying over, but not at the discounted price, so I would grab that soon too.
