Yay You Congrats Card
Congrats by mail is an extra special way to celebrate with a friend. The Yay You host set from the Occasions catalog is the perfect tool for creating a bunch of cards to share your joy. This layout came about by digging in my scrap box to CASE the catalog sample. I love the new adhesive backed sequins too!
