I promised some more projects with the Stampin’ Up Glimmer Paper Pack. Here’s one using my favorite hot air balloon from the Lift Me Up bundle.  Remember, the glimmer paper is free and only available this month!

Today’s Tips

-Use an embossing folder to make a fun background for the balloon.

-Make everything pop with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

-I numbered my dies 1-6 so it is easy to order the “filler” pieces for the balloon.
