CRAFTDOC

Here’s a card inspired by our demonstrator magazine.  They used acrylic paint to make the base layer, but I decided to brayer some classic ink onto a glossy cardstock scallop instead.  I then ran it through the Big Shot with the embossing folder.  I sanded off the raised color and added a different shade of ink with sponge daubers.   This would be an interesting technique to try with different color combos.  You really wouldn’t need the sanding step with this combo (Pool Party and Pacific Point).  But if your second step was a lighter color it would be necessary.  Kidsignment sale is Friday and Saturday, stamp class is Tues – details on my calendar at  www.kwstamps.stampinup.net
