Card Making with Coordination

Stampin’ Up! has product coordination at it’s best. I’m in love with the new Flitting Florets Collection. It’s about time we had some new oval frame dies and these do not disappoint. Including both simple and ornate oval dies, the possible projects are endless. And of course the Designer Paper (always my favorite) is so pretty. Check out the entire collection HERE and this VIDEO.

I played with the new Flitting Florets Collection at our craft retreat and was able to create one card after the other. I love it when the products are this versatile.

For the first card, I edged the ovals with some of the die cuts and a bit of twine. And in the second, I die cut the flowers from the Designer Series Paper and used one of the subtle patterns for the inside of the oval. I love the embossed etching on the outer ovals. The second card uses the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder for the background.

WOW, there’s a coordinating Christmas sentiment set called Framed & Festive (links below). I love the largest oval frame with the Distressed Gold paper. The first card has some of the coordinating Swirl embellishments while I added a few pearls to the second one.

Instead of the Designer Series Paper, I used the Stitched Greenery Die as a background for these 2 cards. Again the flowers are die cut or fussy cut right out of the Designer paper.

I hope these projects give you some great crafting ideas for Christmas and all seasons. More Flitting Florets projects next time. Check out the links for all the products below.

For the first time ever, I hit the 150 top US demonstrators (sneaking in at 144). I couldn’t have done it without your support and encouragement!

Happy crafting,

Kim Wilson
