Rainbows of Happiness and Waves of Inspiration

My projects for March seem to have a warm, watery theme….Guess I am tired of all the snow! Stampin’ Up! has some awesome promotions going on this month, so I plan to take full advantage of my demonstrator discount with some double-dipping.

  1. The Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine is 20% off. Yes, really! I love my big machine for every day heavy duty action, but the mini is perfect to take along to events where I am crafting with friends. I usually take along so much stuff, so I am thankful the mini is small and light.

2. Not only is the Mini Machine on sale, but so are a nice selection of stamp/die bundles that work with the Mini! I’ll link them all at the bottom of this post. Above are some cards using the Seascape bundle which has some beautiful dies. You do need the big machine to use the Diorama and Picture This dies and the full sized embossing folders. So I prepped some cardstock panels ahead of time to take with me for crafting with my Mini Machine.

3. The Waves of the Ocean promotion introduces the Waves of Inspiration bundle and some very cool paper, foil and rhinestones to go along with the water theme.

Here’s a simple card I made just by adding different color inks to the wave stamp using sponge daubers. I added a white die-cut wave to the top.

And above is a card showcasing the beautiful Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper. Did you know the paper was created by mixing then photographing swirling paint? I used the Tasteful Textile Embossing folder, but Stampin’ Up! has several that work well with these ocean themed products like 3D Bark and Painted Texture.

4. And last, but not least, my March Card class is posted on my Facebook page. Join me in-person or purchase the kit with pdfs and video. We’ll be making some cards of encouragement with the Rainbow of Happiness bundle. This one was so fun to play with. I had a hard time choosing which cards to use for class!

I hope you find sunny thoughts and happy rainbows as you look forward to spring crafting.

Happy crafting,

Kim Wilson
