Mini Mailbox Treat Holders

Didn’t you love the cute little mailbox project in the new Mini-catalog?  I figured out how to make these darling boxes – perfect for Valentine treats.    I did a video in my Facebook group, but I want to share the dimensions here as well.

Stampin Up, Snail Mail, Valentine Treat box

You can see the boxes on page 54 and 55 in the Mini Catalog, but the photo is oh so small.   Here are the ones I made:

Stampin' Up!, Valentine Treats

The first one, I believe is how the concept artist made her box, with the cover going the long way.  I liked the second one better with the cover going over the short distance.  These are so easy to make.  You  just make a tiny little box bottom out of cardstock, then cover  it with a piece of designer series paper.  It will hold 2 Hershey kisses or 1 nugget.  Dimensions are in this photo:

3-1/4 x 3-3/4 cardstock, score all sides at 1″.  Cut in on 2 opposite sides, fold corners together and adhere with Tear & Tape.    I added a tiny bit of Basic Gray and Real Red cardstock for the flag and a resin heart.  Check out the Stampin’ Up! Snail Mail Suite.  I love it!

And it’s Sale-A-Bration time, so you can get freebies with your qualifying purchase.

Or join now, and get a special gift from Stampin’ Up!

Check out my website for all the info or click on the photos below for specific products.  The resin hearts are from a different product suite as well as the Love You Always boxes, perfect for larger treats.

Don’t forget to reserve your January Card kit for class in our Facebook group next week:
