Everyone loved the Pumpkin Bread I had at the last Stampin’ Up Card Class so I’m sharing the recipe here.   My sister-in-law makes it every Thanksgiving – a family favorite.   It is a very moist and rich bread.  You can use unsweetened applesauce in place of part of the oil.
