Heartfelt Blooms is one of my favorite Sale-abration freebies.  It is a new type of stamp that looks just like a photograph.  Different opacities of ink are laid down at the same time, giving the single stamped image depth that usually takes multiple stamps.  Stampin’ Up! has a patent pending on this new type of stamp called “Distinktive”.

Heartfelt Blooms looks good stamped in any color and doesn’t need much to make a finished card.

Today’s Tips:

-It is important that your inkpad not be too dry or too juicy to use these new stamps.  Just a light touch on the Stampin’ Up! firm foam inkpads is ideal.

-For a muted watercolor look, stamp with Sahara Sand ink, fill in sections with Watercolor pencils and soften the color with a blender pen.
