Valentine Box – Lots to Love

I have a few tips for assembling the Lots to Love Box and for making some adorable Narrow Note card Valentines.  The Painted with Love suite of coordinating products is one of my favorites in the new Stampin’ Up! catalog.

Sure Do Love You

The box is so easy to cut and assemble.  You need 2 die cuts of the box and you can get 3 out of one sheet of cardstock by cutting 4-1/4″ off the bottom and then cutting the remainder in half at 4-1/4″.

If you want a heart opening in your box, just cut with the die at the same time.  There are also some dies perfect for a latch or a gift card holder.

You just need 2 strips of Tear & Tape to close up the box.  I covered the heart cutout with a scrap of the Painted with Love DSP.

Here’s another tip – if you don’t want the sentiment on the banner stamp from Sure Do Love You, just cover it with the same color Stampin’ Write Marker (Powder Pink) and stamp your new sentiment with a darker color (Rich Razzleberry).

The finished box – Emboss the large heart in gold before assembling the box.  Remember – you save 10% by purchasing the bundle – Sure Do Love you stamp set and Lots to Love box dies.

And another tip – the 2-1/4″ circle punch and Painted with Love Designer Paper makes perfect envelope liners for the Narrow Note Card Envelopes.

I hope you enjoy making lots of boxes and narrow note cards for Valentine’s Day, and for other occasions just by changing out the Designer Paper and stamps.  Click on the thumbnail photos below to see further information on the products used.  And don’t forget – it’s Sale-abration so check out all the freebies you can earn!  The best deal, of course,  is to join my team and purchase the no obligation demonstrator starter kit at a discount, with free shipping and 2 free stamp sets.

Happy crafting,
