Before I show any more Stampin’ Up! glimmer paper projects, here is another card made with the Window Shopping bundle.  The framelits make a darling box with window cutouts.  But I have to admit, I have used it mainly to make cards.  It is versatile for many occasions.

Today’s Tips:

-Back the cutout panel with Vellum Cardstock.  Then color the back of the vellum with Stampin’ Write Markers.  Use markers again to omit part of the sentiment and to get different colors on the “Thanks”.   A few sequins from the Sprinkles Embellishments will finish off this stunning but easy card.
