Today’s tips:

I sponged ink around the cloud die cut at the bottom of the first card and then adhered it to the second card.

Stampin’ Dimensionals are the secret to my balloon cards.  Use them behind the hot air balloons and behind the clouds.

There are several good ways to adhere the colored diecut panels behind the balloon.  The Stampin’ Up! fine tip glue pen, sponging on some Stampin’ Up! liquid glue or running some strips of Stampin’ Up! Tear & Tape behind the cardstock before die-cutting.
