OnStage Display Stamper

I’m applying again for OnStage Display Stamper.  I hope this will be my chance to earn this honor.  I also hope you enjoy my projects and the new products from the 2016-17 Annual Catalog!

3D Pineapple Baker’s Box with Copper Embossed Pearl

Today’s Tips:  The Pineapple stamp was stamped twice in Emerald Envy and one partly cut out and layered to add dimension to the leaves.  The bottom of the pineapple and the pearl were heat embossed in copper and layered onto the Emerald one.   Some Washi Tape, DSP and new ribbon say “yum”.

Butterfly Frame

This simple frame (from a past Paper Pumpkin kit) showcases the Affectionately Yours DSP and the Layering Love and Papillon Potpourri stamp sets.  Today’s Tip:  The punched butterflies are attached with glue dots to the outside of the frame to give dimension.  This stamp set is great for scrapbooking as well as quick gifts and cards.

Work of Art Scrapbook Page

The new Painter’s Palette stamp set and Layering Squares Framelits Dies are great for scrapbooking.  I also used the Layered Letters Alphabet for the title.  Today’s Tip:  To get only the words “work of art” and “genious”, cover the other words with tape before inking.  Then remove the tape before stamping.   This technique is called omitting.  The DSP is from the neutral stack and Washi tape is Playful Palette.

Playful Palette Shaker Card

And of course I had to make a shaker card with the same products, just adding a piece of window sheet and confetti from the new Sprinkles Punch.  Today’s Tips: Shaker cards are a breeze with the new Foam Adhesive Strips.  Rub your embossing buddy around the inside of your piece so the confetti doesn’t stick to the strips and window sheet.

Father’s Day Envelope Tux Card

Father's Day envelope card

Father’s Day is coming up soon!  The Crazy about You stamp set has the perfect sentiments for all occasions along with the leaf and a couple flowers.  Today’s Tips:  Make a simple Basic Black envelope using the envelope punch board to fit a 8-1/2 x 3-1/2 card.  Cut off the end flap and the bits that hang over.  Draw a pencil line at the score lines using a ruler and finish the scoring with your personal trimmer since this is an oversized envelope.  Add a bow tie with the Bow Builder Punch and Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper.

Welcome to Paradise Card

Today’s Tips:  When I saw the Pineapple stamp in Pop of Paradise I thought “Welcome” but it did not have such a stamp.  I found “Welcome to the World” in Happy Happenings and omitted the extra words by inking with tape over them and then removing the tape before stamping.  I stamped the pineapples in stamped off Emerald Envy to add to the Pop of Pink DSP.  Doesn’t the flamingo look great stamped in Melon Mambo to match this suite of products?  Some thick Melon Mambo Baker’s Twine and Pop of Pink Washi Tape finish off the card.

You can find all the new products at my website shop.  Wish me luck in my quest to be display stamper for OnStage in November!
