I used the Birthday Blooms stamp set by Stampin’ Up! to make this elegant card.  You can call it fussy cutting, or paper tole.  Click on the photo to enlarge.

Today’s Tips:

-Stamp 3 of the images – 1 on your Whisper White panel and 2 on Pink Pirouette Cardstock.  Cut out petals on the inside edge of the lines and stack with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

-Color the stamens with Gold Wink of Stella.

-Tap the Wink of Stella pen on your finger to make some gold splatters.
