I made these Fringed Heart cards based on a presentation by Diana Gibbs at #Leadership2014.  They were so quick and easy!  Happy Valentine’s Day!

Today’s Tips:

-I didn’t remember her measurements, so I cut my strips from one sheet of Stacked with Love DSP as such:  1 at 2-1/2″, then 2 strips at 1-1/2″ leaving a smaller one for the bottom piece.

-Fringe with the Stampin’ Up! Fringe scissors.  The bottom piece will just need a little fringing to save time.

-Adhere to a heart cut from scrap cardstock using the largest Framelit Heart that is not scalloped.

-Trim around the heart and use as the feature on the card.

-Stamp set used was Hello Life.
