Here’s a technique I learned from Maggie using one of sets on sale for 25% off.  Today is the last day!  Sponge several colors of ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Here I used Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Smokey Slate and Island Indigo.  Spritz your stamp (once -lightly) with Stampin’ Mist and stamp.    This will pull off some of the ink, leaving a ghostly image.  Repeat for each snowflake.  Hmm.  Maybe I should try ghosting with some Halloween colors and stamps!

The sentiment from this set was stamped in Silver Encore Ink (Holiday Catalog) and then repeated just off a bit, in Smokey Slate using the Stamp-a-ma-jig.  I didn’t want to cover up any of the ghosting so the silver ribbon (Holiday Catalog) was the perfect embellishment.
