Yes. The paper flower was adhered to the stamped panel and then run through the Big Shot with the polka dots folder.

ok is it a punched flower with the new punch from the mini? It looks like the flower has veins at the end of the petals. Or is it a paper flower that is in the pretties sets

It is a paper daisy page 198 in the catalog.
