Pennant Parade is one of the stamp sets included in the special $99 kit for July.  You can also customize the kit by choosing different sets, colors at the same price.  Here is a card using the set with the Bring on the Cake Designer Paper.  I used a new Jumbo Wheel – Starburst –  for the background.  The postage and pennant punches were also used.
