Nature Walk, Stampin Write Markers and the Tulip Frame embossing folder were used on this card.  A center thread from the Rose Red Seam binding was pulled to gather the ribbon.

Pattern Fun

The sew suite group of products has been generating a lot of interest.  I made the pattern by brayering with so saffron ink on vellum and stamping with the “Pattern Pieces” stamp.   It’s pinned with one of our little trinket pins.   The coordinating fabric adheres really nicely using the Anywhere Glue Stick.   I use the […]

I can’t get enough of this Springtime Vintage paper.  Add some embossing folders for the Big Shot and you have some very elegant cards.  I love the sentiment  from the Occasional Quotes hostess set.  I also used:  Nature Walk (card 1),  Clearly for you (card 2) and Tiny Tags (card3).  Don’t forget to get the beautiful coordinating […]

Here’s a cute card with a collapsible box.  I used the owl stamp from Punch Bunch.  Can you think of any other fun stamps to use with this box pattern?  I got this idea from an old stamping magazine. I used the Ice Cream DSP (FREE during SAB).  To make the box you need  2 […]

Here are some more projects using the Petal Cone Die for the Big Shot.  These were inspired by Becky Roberts blog.  The first basket uses the same cuts and scores as the Chinese Takout box – see yesterday’s post for the tutorial. The carrot treat holder uses just one die cut.  I also cut off […]
