Here is the last set of cards I made copying  ideas shared at our Feb. demonstrator meeting.  The stamp set Pocket Silhouettes is used to make wreaths.  Just mask off a circle in the center.  You can use your personal paper cutter with scoring blade to make a dry embossed frame.  Our narrow grosgrain ribbon adds the final touch.
