Erie Area Demonstrators

The next Erie Area demonstrator meeting is Sat March 19th, 1:30 my house.  If you would like to see what it’s all about – I’d love to have you come as my guest.  We have a lot of fun sharing and creating.  Here are some photos from our last meeting.

This second set of projects is done with reverse masking with glossy cardstock and sponging and the classic “Lovely as a Tree” stamp set.

  1. Shirley:

Very beautiful cards. I love those reverse maksing ones. I do not know how to do that.

  2. craftdoc:

For reverse masking, just block off the area that you don’t want colored. For the line of color, just use 2 sheets of scrap paper. For the circle, punch out or die cut a 2-3inch circle and use the outside as as the mask. Sponge with 2 colors of ink. Easy!

  3. Patty Wilkowski:

Love the cards can’t wait to try this technique

  4. Cathy:

When you make this card, do you stamp the background first?
    Thank you for sharing.

  5. Kim:

yes, then stamp the black images after removing the mask

  6. Marlys:

Thank you for. I wanted to know how to do the
    Masking technique.
