The Pantone color for 2011 was just announced – Honeysuckle.  It looks a lot like our Melon Mambo which was introduced as an IN COLOR recently and then moved into the regular color palette this summer.  Funny,  I was tired of the snowy weather so had just finished up 100 swap cards for Leadership featuring this cheerful color!   I used the Hello Again stamp set and matching Retro Remix wheel and my favorite stamping technique – paper piecing.  I stamped the flower first in Melon Mambo, and then added pieces stamped in Old Olive and Daffodil Delight.  The jewelry punch made a cute little vase.
