Easy Reflection Technique

I want to tell you how to do the Reflection Technique that I featured at the last class.  (See the Autumn Days pheasant card in the previous post).    For this example I used the Winter Post stamp set.  I brayered the background with Brocade Blue and So Saffron.  Where they meet, there formed a bit of greenery for the background.  You could also use sponging for your colors.  Stamp your image above the edge of the water (here I stamped in Soft Suede).  Then stamp again on a cellophane bag (we carry these in 3 sizes).  Flip the bag, place the image below the water edge and rub.  SO EASY!  Then just wipe off your bag so you can reuse it.  You can’t see it but my snowflakes are sparkly – stamped with Frost White Shimmery paint (we carry these in 3 colors).  I also added a few drops of paint to a small bit of 70% alcohol in a spray bottle to make the Night of Navy mat shimmery too.  At the bottom are two torn layers of vellum (we carry vellum in 2 weights).
